Sale of vessel

Farstad Marine AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA, has sold the AHTS Far Saltire (built 2002). Delivery of the vessel to the new owner took place today September 18th, 2019.
The sale of the vessels will have an immaterial accounting effect for 3Q 2019.
