Due to the restrictions imposed or urged by authorities to decrease the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) in the countries in which Solstad Offshore ASA has its offices, the company is experiencing capacity constraints at the group’s accounting departments. In order to complete and achieve the required quality of the company’s annual report for 2019 and the Q1 2020 report, the Board of Directors therefore considers it necessary to defer the announcements of these financial reports from 30 April 2020 to 27 May 2020.
